Trastevere large apartment with terrace is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a wonderful roof terrace, ideal for a family or a group of friends, in the most characteristic neighbourhood of Rome: Trastevere.
Enjoy the convenience of your own Roman home while being in the heart of the city. This beautifully designed property is on the 3rd floor of a historical building. The apartment stands out for its cozy and warm atmosphere. It boasts original wooden beam ceilings, and the stylish mix of antique furniture and contemporary art. This means you will benefit from a seamless blend of authentic Italian design and a contemporary atmosphere, complemented by the apartment’s modern amenities.
The living room features comfortable sofas, armchairs, a flatscreen TV, a library, and a decorative fireplace. You will also find an excellent HEOS audio system that instantly gives you multi-room audio control via smartphone. The tastefully decorated dining room offers an elegant table with eight chairs. Adjacent to it, a room features a day-bed (where one person can sleep) with a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You will have access to an oven, microwave, electric grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and a six burner gas stove. Of course, all the cutlery and cookware you may need is also provided. A washing machine and dryer can be found in the kitchen and there is a small balcony.
