Rome Unique Spanish Steps Lucina

Rome Unique Spanish Steps Lucina is an authentic and charming 2-bedroom apartment, located in a 16th-century building in a side street of Via del Corso, just 300 meters from the Spanish Steps.

This wonderful and bright accommodation is situated on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator in the building. The living room features a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a sofa bed. The original tiled floors and the beamed ceiling are some of the more ‘organic’ decorative features of the place. From the many windows you wil have a typical Roman street view. The Lucina street is not a very busy street, but of course you are in the very heart of Rome so some noise will reach the apartment.

The place comes also with two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed and a lounge chair to relax. A smaller bedroom has a French double bed. The well equipped kitchen with a supply of cooking amenities gives you the option to choose between dining out or in. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has an air conditioning unit, tv and internet.

Rome Unique Spanish Steps Lucina apartment is situated just 300 meters from the majestic Spanish Steps. Here you will find the wonderful Fontana della Barcaccia from where the 174 steps go up to the Trinità dei Monti church. The apartment is located in a side street of the Via del Corso with its many fancy shops. Restaurants and cinema (original language) are also right next door. A very good bar for breakfast is downstairs. Life can not be easier in this apartment. Located right amidst many of the major attractions that the Eternal City has got to offer. All it takes is a 10-15 walk to the west to get to the splendid site of Castel Sant’Angelo (with a marvellous view of the city from its top) and then to the legendary Vatican City – always full of keen sightseers and amazing works of art.

If you start your explorations from the immediate vicinities, you will surely appreciate the multitude of cafés, bars, pizzerias and other eating establishments. Then you can head either south to catch a glimpse of the beautiful Trevi Fountain and the impressive Piazza Venezia followed by Via dei Fori Imperiali with breathtaking views on the Forum Romanum and the Colosseum, or north-east to get to the tranquil complex of Villa Borghese.
